Why We Built This Site
Arkansas makes many court records available to the public, but access starts with the right custodian. The Phillips County Circuit Clerk maintains Circuit Court criminal, civil, domestic-relations, probate, and juvenile case files. Separate District Court clerks hold local traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, civil, and small-claims records. Search ARCourts connects many of those cases through one public interface, while coverage of lower courts can vary. We bring the official search paths, court roles, contact details, and record-request steps together so that a reader can move from a case clue to the office that holds the source record.
What You Will Find Here
- Case lookups: how to use the docket search with a participant name or case number
- Docket detail: how Phillips County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are read
- Records access: how to request court case records, plain copies, or certified copies from the proper clerk
- Hearing dates: how to read the court schedule and confirm an individual setting
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Arkansas court, clerk, or agency. Our role is limited:
- We cannot issue a certified docket, order, judgment, or case file
- We cannot alter, continue, or confirm an individual hearing setting
- We cannot seal, remove, correct, or amend any court record
- We cannot retrieve an official case file on a visitor’s behalf
- We cannot interpret a case or provide legal advice
- We cannot promise that a fee, contact, or court date has not changed
Only the court or clerk holding the original Phillips County file can issue an official or certified copy. We identify the route, but the record must come from its custodian.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. Those providers operate their own services, choose their prices, and control their results. We may receive a referral fee when a visitor follows a tool and purchases a service, which supports free access to this reference material. We do not set partner charges and cannot verify or change a partner result. Official Phillips County docket information should still be confirmed with Search ARCourts or the court that holds the case.
