Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term entered into a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request under its own rules and returns its own result. We do not keep a local log of those query terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or contact message as needed to respond and maintain the exchange. It is not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems receive basic technical information when a page loads, including:
- Page-view dates and times
- Device and operating-system type
- Visited pages and approximate visit duration
- Browser name and version
- The referring page or site, when available
- The device IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved on a visitor’s device. They and analytics services help summarize traffic, popular pages, and general use patterns. Browser controls can reject or remove cookies, although some website functions may then behave differently.
What We Do With This Data
- Routing a search request to the selected partner
- Diagnosing performance, security, and technical problems
- Understanding which resources visitors use
- Operating and improving site speed and reliability
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Phillips County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal court records. It publishes reference information about Search ARCourts, Phillips County Circuit Court, District Court departments, and their clerks. Visitor information is not assembled into a third-party case file or consumer report. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. A query submitted through one of those tools is covered by that provider’s privacy policy, retention terms, and sharing practices. We do not control those choices. Review the provider’s policy before entering information.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Arkansas Judiciary, Search ARCourts, Phillips County court resources, legal-aid services, or outside search providers. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination’s privacy terms control. Those terms should be reviewed before personal information is submitted.
Advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. That processing occurs under their systems and policies.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be received by:
- Analytics providers measuring use and site performance
- Search partners processing a submitted query
- Advertising networks serving or measuring ads
- Government or law-enforcement authorities acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If such information is identified, it will be removed after notice and reasonable verification.
Your Data Rights
Applicable Arkansas and federal privacy or consumer-protection law may provide rights based on residence and the type of information involved. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and Arkansas Code § 25-19-105 govern access to official court or public records, but they do not turn this private website into the custodian of a Phillips County case file. Subject to applicable law, a visitor may:
- Request access to personal information we hold
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request deletion where the law permits it
- Object to or opt out of certain processing when available
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A new version becomes available on this page with its updated effective date.
